2022年7月10日下午，由国际教育与外国语学院主办的 2022年北部湾大学“英语+兴趣班”夏令营在学校工匠学院301举行开营仪式。学院党委副书记伍红艺、学院相关教师、夏令营外籍教员、教官、生活老师，以及一百多名小朋友和家长出席本次开营仪式。学院中外文化教研室主任梁红梅主持仪式。

梁红梅首先介绍了本届夏令营的师资情况，并对参加本届夏令营的学生和家长表示欢迎，向筹备本次活动的全体工作人员表示感谢。随后，由5名教官给小朋友展示队列表演，赢得小朋友们阵阵喝彩；3名外籍教员合唱英文歌曲，让小朋友们聚精会神、耳目一新，生活老师深情独唱，整个现场掌声不断。

伍红艺宣布本届“英语+兴趣班”夏令营正式开幕。

据悉，本次夏令营为期6天，50多名营员将与外籍教员、教官和生活老师共同生活、快乐学习。夏令营除了量身打造英语学习计划和课程之外，还开设有美术课、体育课、舞蹈课等兴趣课程、海洋生物、航海技术等科学知识科普课。

Wonderland Summer Camp, an BBGU-organized, multi-level English program for teenagers, opened on July 10, 2022.

This one-week summer camp offers tailored English courses for local primary and middle school students to meet the needs and goals of the participants. A wide variety of activities are planned. Activities may include drawing, sports, and popular science on maritime biology and navigation technology.

In addition, participants will live together and learn together with peers of same interests on college campus.

During this week, students have a chance to improve their English and develop skills that go above and beyond the traditional classes.
